Breathe better in 2012! Pranayama workshop on Sunday, January 29th from 1-3 with Silica. Cost is $20. Explore a variety of breathing exercises, some to stimulate and ignite fire within and others to calm and quiet the mind. Learn techniques to use the powerful rhythm of your breath to influence your mood bringing you more balance and equanimity . All levels welcome!

At Southern Om, we offer two styles of hot yoga: Southern Flow and Southern 26.
Southern Flow - Power Vinyasa
What: Style of yoga where practitioners move through a series of postures to the rhythm of deep breaths.
Time: 90 or 75 min class or 60 min Power Hour
Temp: 95 degrees with 45% humidity
Southern 26 - Static Postures
What: A series of 26 postures where each pose is held for 20, 30 or 60 seconds and repeated.
Time: 90 or 75 minute class
Temp: 105 degrees with 45% humidity
