40 Days Yoga Workshop & Baptiste Yoga Immersion

40 Days Program Starts March 3

Join SO instructors Athena Seay and Stephanie Benbenek on a 40 Day journey that will TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE, YOUR RELATIONSHIPS, and YOUR PRACTICE. In 40 Days, we gradually build and deepen our yoga practice, daily meditation, and nutritional awareness.  The program begins Sunday, March 3 and concludes Sunday, April 14.  The weekly meetings will be every Sunday (skipping Easter Sunday) from 1:30-3:00 pm.  Cost of the Program: $280 - Includes UNLIMITED yoga, weekly meetings, 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste, journaling workbook, and final celebration; $140 - Includes weekly meetings, 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste, journaling workbook, and final celebration; $122 - Includes weekly meetings, journaling workbook, and final celebration. Alumni from SO 40 Days can repeat program for 50% of cost. Click here to sign up.

All Day Immersion with Baron Baptiste in Charleston, S.C. – Saturday, March 23

This empowering all-day immersion with Baron Baptiste will leave you inspired and “up to something big” on your mat and in your life. Whether you are a brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Baptiste All-Day Immersion will leave you lighter, focused and more powerful! Everyone who wants to attend must register online directly with Baptiste Programs. Hungry For Change Movie Night – Saturday, March 30 at 7 p.m.

Your Yoga: Back Care Basics Series of Workshops Begin April 21

Do you suffer from low back pain, upper-back pain or neck pain? So many of us suffer from back pain either periodically or on a chronic basis. But everyone’s back pain is not the same! Learn more about keeping your spine and healthy and happy through discovering more about your own back, plus simple, gentle exercises and mindfulness training for your optimum back and spine health. Class is appropriate for all levels, including students new to yoga! Come join SO instructor Silica Larkin for this three-workshop Your Yoga series designed to give you tools to make your yoga practice your own, tailored to your body’s specific needs! Exciting Greenville Yoga Announcements
