Winter Challenge Brings Out the Sweat at Halfway Mark!

We are halfway through the Winter Challenge! This program is the perfect jumpstart to your yoga practice and will remind you why you love sweating and breathing with intention in our hot studios.

No sign up necessary - just show up and practice with us! This program gets us through the rest of Winter together as a yoga community. Week 1 Leader Jarred Meyers said, “Practice makes progress; you get back exactly what you give to the practice. Put your soul in and see what returns."

Everyone who reaches 20 practices in 31 days (because it's a Leap Year!) between February 15 and March 20 gets a new Southern Om water bottle!

You can practice as many times in a day as you wish; workshops are excluded. We will post point totals on a weekly basis on the infamous 'challenge board' at both studios.
